A Background Built on Trust and Experience.

Zach’s professional career began in 2003 as an apprentice construction electrician, a path that led to earning his Red Seal certification and eventually launching Eldridge Electric Ltd. in 2010. Serving the Fredericton and Nackawic areas, he worked alongside some of the region’s most skilled tradespeople, completing approximately 400 new residential homes, more than 100 renovations, and dozens of commercial projects.

This hands-on experience in construction has proven invaluable in real estate. It gave Zach a deep understanding of how homes are built, how they function, and what truly matters when it comes to long-term value. Attention to detail, careful planning, and reliability are qualities his clients have come to expect — and they continue to shape the way he approaches every transaction.

In 2017, a back injury and Crohn’s diagnosis led to an early retirement from electrical contracting. By 2018, Zach began his next chapter as a REALTOR®, bringing his construction background and client-first mindset into the real estate industry. Since then, he has successfully navigated a wide range of market conditions — from fast-paced seller’s markets to more balanced buying environments — completing more than 300 transactions and earning multiple platinum-level sales awards along the way.

Zach’s approach is simple: service first, sales second. Whether he’s guiding first-time buyers, helping clients secure the right investment or distressed property, or working within the luxury market, his focus remains the same — providing clear guidance, honest advice, and steady support from start to finish.

Giving back to the communities he serves is a core part of Zach’s business. In 2022, he founded the Red Seal Realty Skilled Trades Bursary, awarded each year to graduating students who are continuing on to NBCC to pursue a Red Seal trade. The bursary reflects his own background in the trades and his commitment to supporting the next generation entering the industry.

Beyond the bursary, Zach actively supports more than a dozen local teams, facilities, and community organizations throughout Fredericton, Nackawic, and the surrounding areas. A portion of every sale is reinvested back into the communities that continue to support his business.
